Soriano Ave., Mandaue City, Cebu When: September 12-13, 2026 Deadline for submission of entries: August 25, 2026 (11:59pm) Registration Fee: Low Beginner Mens Doubles (DUPR 2.5 or lower) - Php 4,000.00 per pair Low Beginner Womens Doubles (DUPR 2.5 or lower) - Php 4,000.00 per pair Low Beginner Mixed Doubles (DUPR 2.5 or lower) - Php 4,000.00 per pair High Beginner Mens Doubles (DUPR 2.501-2.99) - Php 4,000.00 per pair High Beginner Womens Doubles (DUPR 2.501-2.99) - Php 4,000.00 per pair High Beginner Mixed Doubles (DUPR 2.501-2.99) - Php 4,000.00 per pair Low Intermediate Mens Doubles (3.0 -3.49) - Php 5,000.00 per pair Low Intermediate Womens Doubles (3.0 -3.49) - Php 5,000.00 per pair Low Intermediate Mixed Doubles (3.0 -3.49) - Php 5,000.00 per pair High Intermediate Mens Doubles (3.5 -3.99) - Php 5,000.00 per pair High Intermediate Womens Doubles (3.5 -3.99) - Php 5,000.00 per pair High Intermediate Mixed Doubles (3.5 -3.99) - Php 5,000.00 per pair Maximum of 2 entries per player per day provided it won't cause in conflict of schedule. Schedule as follows: September 12 - Beginners September 13 - Intermediate ** Organizers reserve the right to decline entries for sandbagging players or move them to the correct category should there still be available slots. No refund will be issued. ** *** Players are required to submit 1 form per category and have to include their partners. Partners don't need to submit another form to prevent double entries. *** Example: Player wants to join Low Beginner Men's Doubles and High Beginner Mixed Doubles Player A and B - submit 1 form for Beginner Men's Doubles Player A and C - submit another 1 form for Beginner Mixed Doubles
